One account. The access it was given.

Mentors and mentees use the Portal. Secretariat uses the Office. Signing in opens the one that matches your account.

   Apply for the programme

   Choose mentor or mentee. The current cycle may be closed, so an application can register interest for the next one.

   Secretariat reviews the file

   An account is created only after approval, with that role attached. Office accounts are invited by a Super Admin.

   Sign in

   The Portal or Office then shows the navigation and actions that role is allowed to use.
